An Emoluments Clause suit against President Trump adds two new plaintiffs claiming his conflicts of interest have cost them business. A miscommunication led the White House to announce that an American aircraft carrier was sent into the Sea of Japan when it was actually in the Sundra Strait. And amidst discord among officials, the Administration postponed a major meeting to discuss the future of the Paris climate agreement.

Debates are underway within the White House over whether to remain in the Paris Agreement on Climate Change.

A federal court in California heard argument Friday in San Francisco and Santa Clara County's challenge to President Trump's executive order threatening to withhold federal funding from sanctuary jurisdictions. President Trump is filling White House posts with officials who have potential financial conflicts of interest. People across the country protested over the weekend to pressure Trump to release his tax returns. And Trump's long-forthcoming tax-reform plan continues to stall amid the White House's renewed interest in healthcare reform.

And President Trump announced he no longer opposes the Export-Import Bank.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced increased enforcement of immigration offenses in the “Trump Era.” The FBI obtained a FISA warrant last summer to monitor former a Trump advisor. President Trump is seeking to dismiss a lawsuit over his Executive Order requiring agencies to repeal two rules for each new regulation.
