Susannah is a partner at Donahue, Goldberg & Weaver, LLP where her practice is focused on environmental and appellate litigation in the federal courts. Susannah has successfully led coalitions of environmental, public health, and citizen organizations challenging attempts to roll back regulatory protections. A summa cum laude graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center (and current member of the Law Center’s Board of Visitors), Susannah served as law clerk to Justice Stephen G. Breyer, Second Circuit Chief Judge Robert A. Katzmann, and Judge Henry H. Kennedy, Jr. of the District Court for the District of Columbia.  Prior to joining Donahue, Goldberg & Weaver, Susannah was an associate in the Supreme Court and Appellate practice at a national law firm.  Before law school, Susannah was a Professional Staff Member on the House of Representatives Committee on Science.
